Such scrambling renders your data unreadable -- and useless -- to anyone but Security Simple.

Can someone get my credit card information and run up huge charges under my name?

No. Access to your information is controlled by strict internal procedures. Also, we check every order we receive, especially orders with higher grand totals, to avoid credit card fraud.

When I order from your website, what information is collected about me?

At Security Simple, your privacy and security are two of our highest priorities. We never collect any personal information about you unless you request a service that requires it. Then, we only ask for the specific information that is needed to satisfy your request. Any information you do provide is kept in the strictest confidence. So are all of your transactions on our website.

When you place an order, the only information we ask for is:
1. Your first name and your last name
2. Your credit/debit card billing address and your (or the recipient's) shipping address
3. Your phone number
4. Your email address
5. Your credit/debit card information

Will I receive telemarketing calls from Security Simple?

No, you will never receive any telemarketing calls from the Security Simple Team, nor will we instruct somebody else to telemarket for us. Also, we never sell phone numbers to telemarketers.

Will I receive spam from Security Simple?

Never. When you order from us, you will receive two important emails: An Order Notification email and when we ship your order you will receive a Shipment Notification email. These emails contain your order details, shipping schedules, they answer questions, and they contain information on when you can expect the delivery of your order.

If you use anti-spam settings in your email client, please add orders@securitysimplealarms.com to your "allowed list" before you place an order with us.

Does Security Simple use "cookies"?
